Shipping is free
Freight is already built into the price shown on every product page. There is no separate freight charge at checkout, no "call for shipping", and no invoice afterward for an amount you did not agree to.
Delivery and the 1,500 lb line
Attachments ship LTL freight on a semi, free either way. Getting the item off the truck is the receiver's responsibility, not the driver's.
- Under 1,500 lb — liftgate delivery is available. The truck lowers the item to the ground.
- Over 1,500 lb — liftgate delivery is not available at any price. You will need a loading dock, a forklift, or your own machine at the curb when the truck arrives.
Every product page states which side of that line the item falls on.
The carrier will call to arrange a delivery appointment. Someone must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.
Inspect before you sign
Walk around the item before signing the Bill of Lading. If anything is damaged, write it on the Bill of Lading in specific words — "bent shroud, left side" rather than "damaged" — photograph the item on the truck, and email the same day.
Once a clean Bill of Lading is signed, the carrier's liability ends. This is the single step that decides whether a freight claim succeeds.
Lead times
Most attachments ship within 3 to 10 business days, plus transit time.
Snow attachments are the exception. From October the whole industry runs short and lead times stretch. Order snow equipment by 1 October if you need it for the season.
Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If an item will be delayed beyond the range above, we will email you rather than let the date pass in silence.
Where we ship
Free shipping covers the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are outside that flat rate — email and we will price it properly rather than guessing.
Title and risk
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery by the carrier.
