Getting it to you, and what happens when the truck arrives.
Shipping is free. The price on every product page has freight already built in — no separate charge at checkout, no "call for shipping," no invoice afterward for money you did not agree to. The number you see before you pay is the number you pay.
The 1,500 lb line — read this before you order
Attachments ship LTL freight on a semi, free either way. Getting it off the truck is your job, not the driver's.
- Under 1,500 lb — liftgate delivery is available. The truck lowers it to the ground for you.
- Over 1,500 lb — liftgate is not available at any price. You need a loading dock, a forklift, or your own machine at the curb when the truck arrives.
Every product page tells you which side of that line it falls on. The forestry mulcher and the backhoe are over it. Everything else is under.
The one that costs people money: sign for damage correctly
This is the part of freight that catches everyone, and it is the same at every retailer in this category including us:
Once you sign a clean Bill of Lading, the damage becomes yours. The carrier's liability ends at your signature.
- Walk around it before you sign. The driver will be in a hurry. Take the two minutes anyway.
- Photograph it on the truck, before it comes off.
- Write the damage on the Bill of Lading — in words, on the paperwork, before you sign. "Bent shroud, left side" beats "damaged."
- Email us the same day at support@rightfitattachments.com with those photos attached. Same day matters — carriers reject late claims.
Do that and we handle the carrier claim. Sign clean and discover it later and there is very little anyone can do — which is why we are telling you now rather than in the small print.
Lead times
Most attachments ship in 3–10 business days, plus transit. Snow is the exception — from October the whole industry runs short and lead times stretch. Order snow attachments by 1 October.
Where we ship
Free shipping covers the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are outside that flat rate — email us and we will price it properly rather than guessing.
