Agreement
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms, along with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, each of which forms part of this agreement.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, including after confirmation, and will refund you in full if we do.
Prices are in United States dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to keep prices, specifications and availability accurate. Where an obvious error appears — a price or specification clearly wrong — we may cancel the affected order and refund you rather than honour the error.
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Fitment information
We publish hydraulic flow figures, pressure ratings, mounting standards and weights taken from manufacturer specification sheets, and we will check a specific machine against a specific attachment free of charge on request.
This information is provided to help you buy correctly, and we stand behind the checks we run. It does not replace your own machine's build sheet or operator's manual. Machine specifications vary by build year, option package and configuration, and manufacturers revise them. Verify the figures against your own machine before you order.
If we tell you an attachment fits and it does not, that is our error and we cover return freight both ways. See our Refund policy.
Safe use
Attachments sold here are commercial equipment. You are responsible for operating them within your machine's rated operating capacity and hydraulic specifications, and in accordance with the manufacturer's operator's manual and applicable safety regulations.
Do not exceed your machine's rated operating capacity. Do not run a piston-motor attachment without a case drain line. Do not supply more hydraulic flow than an attachment is rated for.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost work, downtime, equipment damage arising from operation outside manufacturer specifications, or lost profit.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — including the fitment guides, machine data compilations, comparisons and product copy — is our property and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
