Wet concrete weighs about 4,000 lb per cubic yard. That single number decides whether a half-yard mixer is a half-yard mixer on your machine — on a Kubota SVL75-3 you can realistically run about 0.40 yd³, not 0.50.

Capacity on the sticker is volume. It is not what your loader can lift. Most sellers in this category don't do that subtraction for you.
